The best way to find out how much your translation will cost and how long it will take to translate is to send me a copy of your document by email. I will analyse it and give you an exact price upfront.

If you are unable to send me a copy of the text, please contact me with information on:

  • Document length

  • Deadline

  • Field, and what/who the translation is for

  • If applicable, any resources you would like me to use when translating your document

I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

As a guide, I generally translate around 2000-2500 words a day, but this rate can be higher or lower depending on the field, length, deadline or other factors. A very technical document with lots of subject-specific terminology will take longer to translate than a general document.

If you have a glossary, style guide, translation memories or termbases you would like me to use when translating your document, please let me know.

I use CAT tools for consistency and speed. I currently work with memoQ 2015 and SDL Trados Studio 2017.

I accept payment via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
